The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues</li><li>Oversee the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures</li><li>Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws (local and international)</li><li>Manage performance management systems, including appraisals and KPIs</li><li>Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity</li><li>Supervise payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records</li><li>Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives</li><li>Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR matters</li><li>Handle disciplinary and termination procedures with fairness and legal compliance</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3><ul><li>Candidates holding Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (minimum 5–7 years)</li><li>Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential matters</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software</li><li>HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR is a plus</li></ul><p>Warm regards,</p><p>Creative HRC Team</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
