The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesOversee the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hiresDevelop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and proceduresEnsure legal compliance with labor and employment laws (local and international)Manage performance management systems, including appraisals and KPIsOrganize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivitySupervise payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsLead employee engagement and retention initiativesProvide guidance and support to department managers on HR mattersHandle disciplinary and termination procedures with fairness and legal complianceQualifications and SkillsCandidates holding Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (minimum 5–7 years)Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatoryIn-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential mattersProficiency in MS Office and HRMS softwareHR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR is a plusWarm regards,Creative HRC Team#J-18808-Ljbffr
