<div><p>The HR Manager is responsible for leading all human resources activities in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on<b>Saudization</b>,<b>Compensation&Benefits</b>, and acting as a<b>strategic HR Business Partner</b>to support business growth. The role ensures compliance with local labor regulations and aligns HR practices with the company’s regional and global strategies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Saudization&Government Relations</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement Saudization strategies in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.</li><li>Monitor and manage company compliance with the Nitaqat Program.</li><li>Lead recruitment and development initiatives to increase the employment and retention of Saudi nationals.</li><li>Manage relationships with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><h3>Compensation&Benefits</h3><ul><li>Manage and administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs in the Kingdom.</li><li>Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity through salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, medical insurance, and allowances.</li><li>Support bonus programs, salary reviews, and incentive plans aligned with business performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements related to employee benefits and social insurance.</li></ul><h3>HR Business Partner</h3><ul><li>Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.</li><li>Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.</li><li>Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.</li><li>Provide HR insights and data to support business decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum<b>5–8 years of HR experience</b>, preferably in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements</b>.</li><li>Experience in<b>Compensation&Benefits and HR Business Partner roles</b>.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.</li><li>Fluency in<b>English</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
