The Human Resources Manager will manage and oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating new employee onboarding, facilitating training programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.QualificationsProficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningStrong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor lawsExperience in facilitating training and development programsExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismExperience in logistics or shipping industry HR management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or relevant certifications are advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
