Job Description
Duration: 3–6 Months (extendable based on performance)Department: Human ResourcesWork Type: Full-time InternshipThis role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on exposure to HR processes in a fast‑paced, multicultural workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with HRBPs to understand business objectives and support HRBPs in managing day‑to‑day HR operations in all HR‑related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational developmentServe as a point of contact for minor HR‑related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as neededEnsure that all requests for services are completed within an appropriate time frameHandling all Exit Interviews and other Exit Interviews as neededContribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, which will further contribute to process improvementsSupport planning and execution of employee engagement eventsAssist in compliance activities related to the Labour LawSupport in documentation, record keeping, tracking and following up on open HR tasks till closureRequired Skills & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and ArabicBasic knowledge of HR processes and Labour LawProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)High attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPreferred AttributesProactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a multicultural environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyWhat We OfferHands‑on HR experience in a professional environmentExposure to HR operations, and employee engagementOpportunity to learn HR practices and labor regulationsInternship completion certificate and potential full‑time opportunities (based on performance)#J-18808-Ljbffr
