The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management processes. The role involves fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing employee queries and concerns.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee day-to-day human resources functions</li><li>Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies to maintain a positive and productive work environment</li><li>Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle workplace challenges with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role within (Manufacturing Experience Preferred) within a fast-paced environment is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
