We are looking for a hands on HR professional who is focused on execution, discipline, and accountability.This is not a policy writing or strategy only role.This role requires someone who is actively involved in day to day operations, ensures standards are followed, and takes ownership of people related challenges across the organization.If you prefer structured environments, predictable workflows, and minimal confrontation-this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring ExecutionManage end to end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, reference checks)Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or dishonesty in candidate profilesEnsure only candidates aligned with company expectations are hiredMaintain strong control over hiring standards - no compromise hiringConduct regular performance and behavior evaluationsTake decisive actions (confirmation, extension, or termination)Ensure new hires integrate quickly into company culture and expectations 3. Discipline & Performance ManagementEnforce company policies strictly and consistentlyAddress underperformance immediately - no delays or avoidanceConduct difficult conversations with clarity and authorityWork closely with department heads to resolve people related issuesMonitor attendance, punctuality, and workplace behaviorEnsure daily discipline across teamsInvestigate and resolve misconduct casesMaintain proper HR documentation and reporting 5. Employee Relations (Practical, Not Theoretical)Act as a control point between management and staffHandle complaints, conflicts, and escalations directlyMaintain balance between fairness and company interestPrevent small issues from becoming operational problems 6. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, contracts, and documentationCoordinate payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR reportingEnsure all HR processes are executed accurately and on time Candidate Profile3-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in operations heavy environments (hospitality, construction, facilities, retail, etc.)Strong personality with the ability to enforce rules and handle pressureNot conflict avoidant - comfortable making tough decisionsHigh attention to detail and strong follow up disciplineAbility to work independently without constant supervisionPractical mindset - focused on solutions, not theory What This Role Is NOTNot a corporate HR role focused on presentations and policiesNot suitable for candidates who avoid confrontation or decision making What Success Looks LikeLow tolerance for poor performance across teamsStrong hiring quality (reduced bad hires)Disciplined, structured workforceIssues identified and resolved early - not escalated late
