<div><p>*KSA Candidates from a startup/scale up background preferred*</p><p>You will be building and leading the HR function of a growing omni-channel retail startup based in Riyadh.</p><p>Heavily backed by a large, well known Saudi Retail Group and an International Investment firm, with ambitious growth strategy across KSA.</p><p>Strong international team, culture, strategy and opportunity to be part of an exciting journey.</p><p><b>This is a hands on role in a "startup culture" where you will be pivotal role in shaping HR framework, strategy, culture, talent, Saudization and working closely with the CEO.</b></p><p>It is very much a 360 degree,<b>hands on role</b>, growing with the business.</p><h3>Summary</h3><p>Reporting directly to the CEO</p><p>CIPD qualified candidates are preferred as is experience in dealing in the Kingdom.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Relationship building with senior leadership team to align in delivering business results</li><li>Organizational structure and planning</li><li>Driving talent management and succession planning across the business</li><li>Ensure Learning and Development plans are in place and delivered for all employees</li><li>Responsible for processes of workforce planning and recruitment</li><li>Ensure HR processes are followed and activities are completed across business incl. objective setting, performance management, salary review, engagement survey and results</li><li>Ensure compliance to local regulations/HR policies/standards as well as solving employee disputes</li><li>Deliver HR results and KPIs</li></ul><h3>You must be</h3><ul><li>Drive for results and a pro-active and international mind-set</li><li>Collaborative and team mindset</li><li>Interpersonal savvy</li><li>Business acumen</li><li>Excellent coaching and communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and focus on what makes a difference while delivering on tactical agenda</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
