This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.A little taste of your day-to-dayProvide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources DepartmentCoordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding documentationPrepare and maintain employee files, contracts, HR records, and databases in compliance with company and legal requirementsAssist with new joiner onboarding, induction programs, and employee orientation sessionsSupport visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID coordination, and related government documentationAssist in payroll coordination by ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave records, and HR dataCoordinate training sessions, colleague engagement activities, and internal HR eventsHandle employee inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentialitySupport HR audits, reports, and compliance with IHG standards and local labor lawsLiaise with other departments to ensure timely HR support and communicationWhat we need from youBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role (hospitality experience preferred)Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR processes is an advantagePrevious experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferredExperience working with HR systems and databases is an assetWhat you can expect from usWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
