Today, we continue to grow as a trusted platform, committed to empowering traders worldwide with equal opportunities for successPosition OverviewWe are looking for a commercially driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the region.This role plays a critical part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling sustainable growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic perspective with hands‑on execution, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business PartnershipPartner closely with leadership to translate business priorities into effective people strategiesLead workforce planning, including organizational structuring and capability developmentProvide data‑driven insights to support headcount planning, productivity, and cost optimizationIdentify workforce risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure business continuity2. Performance & Employee RelationsDrive the performance management cycle, including probation confirmation and annual reviewsGuide managers on performance improvement, accountability, and team effectivenessProvide practical and risk‑aware advice on employee relations mattersFoster a high‑performance culture through consistent standards and policy application3. Talent & Organizational DevelopmentSupport strategic hiring aligned with business growth and expansion plansContribute to succession planning and long‑term talent development initiativesStrengthen onboarding processes to enhance employee integration and productivityPartner with leadership on retention and employee engagement strategies4.
