Job Description

SummaryAlign HR strategies with business goals and ensure smooth execution of all people and administrative operations. The role acts as a strategic and operational partner to management, driving performance, engagement, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with department heads to understand manpower and organizational needs, providing effective HR solutions.Support workforce planning, structure design, and internal transfers in coordination with the Head of HR.Drive performance management processes including KPIs, appraisals, and competency evaluations.Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution with fairness and consistency.Ensure accurate implementation of compensation and benefits structures and job grading systems.Support the review, update, and communication of HR policies and procedures.Lead employee engagement, CSR, and welfare programs to foster a positive company culture.Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, Emiratization requirements, and authority regulations.Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and PRO teams on salary, benefits, and visa-related processes.Participate in HR transformation, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior management.Oversee and guide PRO, camp, admin, barista, and office boy teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.Internal RelationshipsDepartment Heads and Project Managers for workforce, performance, and HR coordination.PRO, Camp, Administration, and Reception teams for daily operational oversight.HR functional teams (Recruitment, Payroll, Training) for aligned HR service delivery.Finance Department.Executive Management.External RelationshipsMOHRE, GDRFA, and other government authorities for compliance and visa processes.GPSSA for Emiratization and social security coordination.External service providers for accommodation, catering, and staff transport.Insurance, training, and audit partners for compliance and welfare programs.Recruitment agencies for manpower sourcing and replacement needs.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HRBP or HR Operations Lead.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, compensation & benefits, grading, and HR policies.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and reporting skills using HRIS and Excel.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
