Human Resource Officer

We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company regulations.Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.Support payroll preparation and other HR administrative tasks.QualificationsProven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).If you meet the above qualifications and are eager to contribute to a results-oriented, professional environment, we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
