Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Pune
Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at PhonePe in Pune, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team. We are looking for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing basic labor law knowledge, coordinating effectively, and overseeing vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with People Managers to forecast future hiring needs and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for Business Development Executives (BDEs)
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions and cultural integration for BDEs
- Develop strategic relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize hiring efficiency
- Act as the primary advisor for managers on performance, development, and management of BDE teams
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce attrition
- Provide solutions and support for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Manage HR dashboards to track key metrics and demographics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities
- Support cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
