Job Description
HR AdministrationMaintain up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies)Prepare and manage employment contracts offer letters and HR-related documentsTrack and manage employee attendance leave records and absencesAssist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in leave deductions overtime etc.Onboarding & OffboardingCoordinate the onboarding process including orientation document collection and inductionManage the offboarding process ensuring smooth exit formalities and final settlementsPrepare necessary forms and clearance certificatesEmployee Relations & SupportServe as a point of contact for employee queries and concernsSupport grievance handling and promote a positive work environmentMaintain confidentiality and ensure fair application of company policiesVisa & Government RelationsCoordinate with the PRO for visa processing renewals cancellations and labor card updatesEnsure compliance with UAE labor law and regulations related to employment contracts and work permitsTrack visa expiry dates and assist in timely renewalsCompliance & ReportingEnsure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with labor regulationsPrepare regular reports on HR metrics (absenteeism turnover headcount etc.)Assist in internal or external audits related to HRQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field3-13 years of HR experience in the UAE preferably in construction or manufacturing sectorsFamiliarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes and HR documentationProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information professionally#J-18808-Ljbffr
