HSE Trainer

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, conduct, and evaluate safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.Design training modules covering topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, PPE usage, and compliance with company and local regulations.Maintain updated training materials and assess employee understanding through tests or practical evaluations.Prepare periodic training performance reports.Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in employee behavior and performance.QualificationsCertified Train the Trainer qualification.In-depth understanding of HSE principles, policies, and local regulations.Minimum 3 years of experience conducting safety training in an industrial or construction setting.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.#J-18808-Ljbffr
