Our company is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients in the oil and gas industry.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced HSE Trainer with a strong background in oil and gas drilling to join our team. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees and contractors in order to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors in the oil and gas drilling industryConduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans accordinglyCreate training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and videosWork closely with the HSE team to ensure all training programs are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations and industry best practicesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustmentsConduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for corrective actionsStay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure training programs are relevant and effectiveCollaborate with other departments and external trainers to provide a comprehensive training program for all employees and contractorsAct as a subject matter expert on HSE issues and provide guidance and support to employees and contractorsMaintain accurate records of all training activities and provide reports to management as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HSE training, preferably in the oil and gas drilling industryStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in the oil and gas industryExperience in developing and delivering training programs and materialsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional certifications in HSE training and auditing are preferredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
