Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety, Electrical, Mechanical,Chemical, Electronics, Environmental, Industrial, Instrumentation, ProductionEngineering or Occupational Health & SafetyMinimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment field as HSE Trainer / Instructor in utilities / construction sector.Proficient in conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and requirements within the organization.Ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive HSE training programs tailored to organizational needsHands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate settingProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic to effectively convey HSE principles and practices to diverse audiences.Familiarity with various training tools and software used for creating and delivering training materials.Computer literate and presentation skillExpert in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of power point presentationsCertification RequirementsShould be either CMIOSH (Chartered Member) or GradIOSH (Graduate Member)NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Environmental, Safety & Health Trainer (CET) by Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).#J-18808-Ljbffr
