OverviewJob Opportunity: HSE Officer – Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a qualified and committed Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe work environment and ensuring strict compliance with both local and international HSE standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programsConduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazardsInvestigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses; recommend and enforce corrective actionsDeliver HSE training programs to employees across all organizational levelsMonitor HSE initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving safety objectivesEnsure adherence to UAE and global HSE regulations and industry benchmarksMaintain detailed and accurate HSE reports, records, and documentationCollaborate with leadership to promote a proactive safety cultureCreate and implement emergency response strategies and protocolsStay informed on emerging trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental managementQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a relevant fieldAt least 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or manufacturingNEBOSH or OSHA certification is highly desirableStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and standardsHands-on experience in conducting risk assessments, investigations, and delivering trainingExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in HSE-related software tools and Microsoft OfficeMeticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyOpen to travel across job sites as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
