Job SummaryTo implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards on projects/sites in Qatar, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements and local regulations, and promoting a proactive safety culture.Roles & ResponsibilitiesImplement and enforce the company HSE plan, procedures and site-specific risk assessments.Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification; ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out.Lead or facilitate risk assessments, JSAs and toolbox talks for routine and non-routine activities.Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space, work-at-height, lifting, hot work and other critical control procedures.Conduct HSE inductions and refresher trainings for employees, subcontractors and visitors.Report, investigate and document incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions; support root cause analysis and preventive actions.Maintain HSE records (inspections, trainings, permits, incident reports) and prepare periodic HSE performance reports for management and clients.
