We strongly encourage UAE Nationals to apply.We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our Khalifa City branch and ensure full compliance with health safety and environmental standards.PositionHSE OfficerLocationKhalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.SectorSchool (High-Risk Environment)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and monitor Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations and ADEK requirements.Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, Municipality and ADEK safety standards.Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections and audits across the campus.Ensure all fire safety systems, emergency exits, alarms and evacuation procedures are fully functional and compliant.Organize and lead emergency drills (fire drills, evacuation drills, lockdown drills).Maintain accurate HSE documentation, incident reports and compliance records.Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.Conduct HSE induction and training sessions for staff and contractors.Coordinate with external authorities during inspections and ensure timely resolution of observations.Promote a strong safety culture within the school community.RequirementsBachelors Degree (QFE Level 7) in Health & Safety OR a Bachelors degree in another discipline with NEBOSH / IOSH certification.Minimum 5 years experience in HSE specifically within a high-risk environment.Proven experience in a school setting (essential).Strong knowledge of school health & safety systems, policies, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with ADEK and ADPHC compliance requirements.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Advantageous QualificationsCertified First Aider.Fire Fighting training certification.Training in Risk Assessment and Hazardous Substances Management.The candidate must be confident in implementing, monitoring and enforcing HSE standards in line with regulatory authorities and internal policies.BenefitsCompetitive salary package (as per experience and qualification).Supportive and professional work environment.Opportunity to grow within a reputable educational group.Exposure to multi-branch operational standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
