Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 07/06/20253+ years of experience in account management and sales,specifically targeting educational institutions (K-12 schools, universities,and training centers) in the UAE.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digitalassessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.Work closely and coordinate regularly with the ProductDevelopment Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirementsand market needs.Identify and generate leads from outreach, networkingevents, industry conferences, referrals, and digital communication channelstargeted towards the education sector in the UAE.Manage the full sales process, including lead generation,qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and contractclosure.Maintain accurate sales pipelines, utilize CRM toolseffectively, and provide timely sales forecasts.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships witheducational institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction andretention.Provide exceptional post-sales support and accountmanagement to address client needs and ensure successful implementation ofsolutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or related fields.At least 5 years of proven sales/account managementexperience within the education technology sector.Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken andwritten).Strong understanding and existing relationships withinUAE's education community.Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment,learning management systems, EdTech solutions.Proven success record in identifying and closing dealseffectively.Documented sales achievements (meeting/exceeding targetsconsistently).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.Existing network and relationships within UAE's educationcommunity.Master's degree (MBA or M.Ed.) preferred.Relevant professional certificates or awards in BusinessDevelopment or Sales.UAE-based candidate with existing residency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
