Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License & Own CarSalary: AED 7,000 per monthJob DescriptionWe are looking to hire an HSE Officer for our client based in Dubai. The candidate should have proven construction‑site experience to manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on a G+2 building construction project. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and maintaining a safe working environment onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project‑specific requirements.Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks.Monitor correct use of PPE and safe work practices.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports.Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records.Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on all HSE‑related matters.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety.3–6 years of HSE experience in construction projects.Experience in G+2 building construction preferred.Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred.Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Valid UAE Driving License.Must have own car.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 7,000 per month.Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.Fuel allowance.HSE Officer – ConstructionLocation: Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
