The HSE Manager ensures the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all company operations, fostering a safe workplace and minimizing risks across projects.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.5–10 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and international standards (ISO, OSHA).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferredResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.Monitor workplace safety practices and incident reporting.Train staff on HSE procedures and promote a safety-first culture.Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions.Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure certifications are up to date.#J-18808-Ljbffr
