Job SummaryDBB Contracting LLC is looking for experience HSE Manager - Operations to oversee and manage our health & safety operations across UAE.Job ResponsibilityDevelop and implement HSE strategies in alignment with company goals and objectivesConduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standardsInvestigate accidents, incidents and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrenceProvide HSE guidance to HSE Managers and employeesCollaborate with HSE managers and site management to address HSE concerns and drive continuous improvementStay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practicesCandidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering is a mustProven experience as an HSE Manager in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsCertification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferredAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple prioritiesSkillsIn-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in creating and implementing safety programs and protocolsAbility to conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize risksKnowledge of emergency response proceduresProficiency in incident investigation and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with industry-specific safety standards and best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
