Job SummaryLead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems for oil & gas / petrochemical operations, ensuring compliance with legal, client, and international standards while driving a strong safety culture across projects.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee HSE management systems across operations and projectsEnsure compliance with HSE laws, industry standards, and international best practicesImplement and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systemsConduct and review hazard and risk studies (HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, LOPA, etc.)Support safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of upstream & downstream facilitiesLead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actionsAdvise management and influence stakeholders on HSE risks and controlsPrepare HSE reports, audits, and performance reviewsMandatory RequirementsBSc / BEng in HSE, Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 15 years’ experience in HSE managementMinimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical industryISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification or advanced trainingNEBOSH International / Diploma or CSP certification (preferred)Strong expertise in hazard & risk analysis methodologiesExcellent English communication and report-writing skillsAbility to work effectively in multicultural environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
