In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance during night‑time construction operations.Oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures during night shift construction activitiesConduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazardsDevelop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and safety plansInvestigate incidents, near‑misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actionsProvide HSE training and guidance to night shift workers and contractorsEnsure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standardsCollaborate with day shift HSE team to maintain continuity in safety practicesMonitor and evaluate environmental impact of construction activitiesRespond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessaryPrepare and present HSE performance reports to managementWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fieldNEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualificationValid First Aid certificationMinimum 8years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industryProven experience in night shift supervisionIn-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and reportingStrong understanding of construction site safety protocols and environmental impact assessmentExperience with HSE management systems and documentationExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenAbility to work night shifts and adapt to a non‑traditional scheduleFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE regulationsDetail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
