HSE Engineer (ADNOC Approved)

Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and company standards.· Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites, facilities, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.· Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting best practices and proactive risk management.· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.· Conduct HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for employees to raise awareness and enhance safety performance.· Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and stakeholders on HSE-related matters, maintaining compliance with contractual requirements.· Monitor HSE performance metrics and trends, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.· Participate in emergency response planning and drills, and provide support during emergencies as needed.· Champion sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation efforts across company operations.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related field.· Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group) is aMUST.·Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE· Preferably an HSE Engineer already approved by ADNOC,or a candidate eligible for ADNOC approval awaiting successful completion of the exam/selection process.· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.· Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach to safety and environmental management.· Fluency in EnglishPlease share your updated CV at with HSE Engineer in the subject line, ONLY shortlisted will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Do you have ADNOC experience as HSE Engineer?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HSE: 4 years (Required)Location:Please share your updated CV at , ONLY shortlisted will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
