The role will focus on ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all site activities, in line with Saudi regulations and international best practices.ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor the project HSE management plan on siteEnsure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirementsConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsMonitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions where requiredLead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances and prepare reportsCoordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environmentMaintain accurate HSE documentation and recordsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer on large-scale construction projectsSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory in HSE fieldExperience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical projects is highly preferredStrong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standardsProven ability to work in an active construction site environmentGood communication, leadership, and reporting skillsImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
