Job Description As the HR Business Partner at Paytm, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR function at the regional level. Your responsibilities will include partnering with and advising the business to support growth objectives and future talent needs. You will work closely with the business and HR leadership to implement the HR strategy, with overall accountability for assigned stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and engagement costs for a fast-paced business
- Engage with key internal and external partners for Staffing, HR Shared Services, and the business
- Independently ensure employee satisfaction and team development, while leading HR initiatives and best practices
- Implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
- Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and consistent messaging
- Address organizational challenges and assist with the change process during hyper-growth
- Manage queries, escalations, and other HR-related tasks as required
- Monitor performance management system and ensure adherence to processes
- Support recruitment activities and pre-joining engagement
- Participate in projects for capability building and process enhancement
- Drive communication for timely closure on HR operations-related activities
- Plan and execute people connect programs to drive engagement and resolve issues
- Manage HR-related database and report on attrition, engagement, and employee pulse for action planning
Qualifications Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in a core sales HRBP role for frontline staff with over 400 employees
- Experience in Performance Management and developmental plan execution
- Ability to implement new strategies and manage stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, HR compliance, and HRIS management
- Strong business acumen and agility to adapt to dynamic requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent
