Job Description

This role is responsible to continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate redundant approval and process steps. The role should also focus on bring new innovative solutions and methods to delivery engaged and efficient Employee Experience. Creating new opportunities for process efficiencies, self-service options is another key expectation along with alignment with Rules & Regulations.Key DeliverablesEffective and Efficiency analysis of Requirements, Processes and Impact assessmentBusiness Case Preparation in coordination with Group HR FunctionsSupport in Effective, timely implementation or projects to delivery committed impactWork with various teams during implementation of initiativesFocus on new technologies and innovative ways of business and operational activitiesImplement efficient processes through ongoing improvementsIdentify improvement opportunities based on the performance reviewsWork with HR Technology teams to deliver improvement initiativesEvaluate root cause analysis on service delivery failuresJob KnowledgeWorking knowledge of HR Functions (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management) and HR Technology/ Functional UnderstandingTechnical & ProfessionalStrong Process Design, Improvement, and quality management approachExceptional communication skills – both written and verbalProblem solving and root cause identification skillsLogical thinking and solution design skillsExperience and Knowledge of Oracle HCM Solutions and latest advancements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
