<div><p>As part of Mannai Group’s business expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a HR&Administration Supervisor to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring effective workforce management within an automotive business environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities in line with company policies.</li><li>Oversee employee accommodation, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and living standards.</li><li>Manage staff transportation, including coordination with transport providers to support operational requirements.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with audit and legal requirements.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave records, and provide accurate inputs for payroll processing.</li><li>Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, documentation, and candidate follow-up.</li><li>Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination, and facility-related services.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and provide operational insights to support management decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and shipment clearance for automotive parts and equipment, liaising with clearing agents and customs authorities to ensure timely and smooth processing.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR operations and administration within the<b>automotive industry in Saudi Arabia.</b></li><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR compliance, and employee relations practices.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with GRO activities and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI).</li><li>Experience handling both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce environments.</li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.</li></ul><p>“Lead the future, start with the best” Join Mannai</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
