Job Description

OverviewThe HR Strategy Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the bank’s HR strategic agenda. The role serves as the connective tissue between Group strategy and HR initiatives—translating business objectives into people priorities. The individual will be responsible for developing HR strategy documents, analysing internal and external data, supporting HR leadership with insights and recommendations, and ensuring smooth execution through strong program governance, impactful communication, and performance tracking. A high degree of collaboration, analytical rigor, and executive presence is required.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Drafting & Advisory: Develop HR strategy documents aligned with the Group’s priorities, and provide advisory support to HR leadership through data-backed recommendations and strategic input.Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conduct market scans and competitive benchmarking on key HR trends, policies, organizational structures, and capabilities to inform strategic decisions.Insightful Presentations & Communication: Create compelling and well-structured presentations for senior stakeholders (EXCO, HRLT, Board), simplifying complex topics into actionable insights.Strategy Integration & Review: Support the alignment of functional HR strategies with Group direction by reviewing strategic plans of CoEs, HRBPs, and shared services; ensure cohesion, gaps identification, and prioritization.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong understanding of HR domains (Talent, Performance, Rewards, Learning, Workforce Planning, etc.) and how they contribute to business outcomesExcellent grasp of strategy development frameworks and execution modelsProficient in data analysis, research, and storytelling through presentationsSkilled in synthesizing insights from internal metrics and external benchmarksExperience in preparing materials for senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignmentAbility to navigate ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and influence stakeholders without authority5–8 years of experience in HR Strategy, People Advisory, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy#J-18808-Ljbffr
