The role serves as the connective tissue between Group strategy and HR initiatives—translating business objectives into people priorities. The individual will be responsible for developing HR strategy documents, analysing internal and external data, supporting HR leadership with insights and recommendations, and ensuring smooth execution through strong program governance, impactful communication, and performance tracking.
