#HIRING: HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Management) CONTRACT Abu Dhabi UAEOur client a leading strategic management services firm is seeking to recruit an HR Specialist to take ownership of key areas in Talent Acquisition and Management encompassing areas such as Onboarding and Offboarding Recruitment HR Administration as well as Talent Sourcing and Management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into the company.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software to streamline HR processes and reporting.Qualifications are as follows:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience (5 years) in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and management.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.A keen eye for talent with the ability to identify and attract high‑quality candidates.Competitive salary, family benefits offered.If this sounds like the role for you please send over your most updated CV to for more details.
