Job Description

Job Description As an HR Specialist Recruitment at LifeCell Diagnostics, your role will involve managing end-to-end talent acquisition for various departments including corporate, lab operations, sales, and field roles. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent while ensuring speed, cost-efficiency, and a superior candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines. - Develop job descriptions and competency-based hiring frameworks. - Drive hiring for critical roles such as Pathologists & Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Sales & Field Executives, and Operations & Corporate roles. - Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, vendor partnerships, employee referrals, and campus hiring. - Build talent pipelines for high-volume and niche roles. - Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking. - Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical/functional rounds. - Ensure competency-based evaluation and cultural fit assessment. - Drive salary benchmarking and offer negotiations. - Ensure smooth documentation and joining formalities. - Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. - Strengthen employer brand presence across platforms. - Support campus engagement and hiring drives. - Ensure positive candidate experience at every stage. Qualifications Required: - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources. - 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Healthcare/Diagnostics preferred). - Strong exposure to volume hiring and field force recruitment. - Good understanding of recruitment metrics and HR systems. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
