HR SpecialistCompany Profile:A growing UAE-based organization operating in a dynamic and hands-on business environment. The company is in an active expansion phase and places strong emphasis on operational efficiency, compliance, and maintaining a stable, well-structured workplace. The HR function plays a critical role in supporting management, ensuring smooth people operations, and maintaining healthy employee relations across the organization.Role Overview:The HR Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations and employee relations, acting as the primary point of contact between employees and management. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone confident in independently managing people matters, compliance, and HR administration.Recruitment is largely driven by management; therefore, the focus of this role is employee relations, HR operations, and UAE labor law compliance, ensuring a positive, compliant, and well-organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Staff SupportAct as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issuesHandle grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentiallyMaintain effective communication between employees and managementHR OperationsManage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, confirmations, attendance, leave management, and terminationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentationSupport performance review cycles and related documentationCompliance & UAE Labor LawEnsure full compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR policiesCoordinate visa processes, medical insurance, and employment-related documentationPrepare HR reports and employee data summaries for management as requiredAdministration & CoordinationSupport and coordinate with a junior admin staff member handling day-to-day administrative tasksEnsure smooth HR operations while working closely with remote and on-site managementRequirements:Proven UAE HR experience in an operational HR roleStrong background in employee relations and HR operationsSolid knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE processesAbility to work independently, handle sensitive matters, and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
