Headhunting and networking Database Updating & MIS Management Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions. Post openings on relevant platforms. Market Mapping: Connecting candidates through Databases. secure relevant reference. Candidate Relationship Management: Build rapport with candidates. Keep them informed about the recruitment process. Social Media Activity: Connecting candidates through several social media platforms. Engaging with candidates through several group chats.
