WE ARE HIRING – HR / PAYROLL OFFICER (Filipino)We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR / Payroll Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and compliance with UAE Labour Law.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour LawHandle in-house HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, appraisals, and offboardingProcess in-house payroll and ensure accuracy and timelinessMonitor employee attendance and payroll recordsPrepare terminal benefits and final settlementsPrepare and submit payroll through the WPS systemPrepare leave plans and coordinate approvalsPrepare and submit HR and payroll reports to managementRequirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR or Finance5 years of UAE experience in managing HR and payrollAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationInterested candidates may apply by sending their CV to cv@starservices.ae#J-18808-Ljbffr
