To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Saudi market leadership and the META HR Director to enable business strategy and organizational effectiveness.Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across META and act as a strategic HR advisor.Lead and execute HR initiatives, driving change, engagement, and culture alignment.Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee relations, conflict resolution, and team performance.Provide expertise in change management, organizational design, talent analytics, and workforce planning.Support recruitment, succession planning, restructuring, and capability development initiatives.Analyze HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making across the META geography.Oversee end-to-end payroll operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and internal controls.Govern off-cycle payments, salary adjustments, incentives, EOS calculations, and payroll corrections.Own full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, and HR system updates (Workday).Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat), headcount ratios, visa regulations, and hiring risk mitigation.Manage HR compliance with government entities including Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, Qiwa, MISA, and related authorities.Govern HR vendors and PRO support covering payroll, visas, government relations, and administration.Drive HR cadence and governance to support business transformation across KSA and META markets.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceStrong HR generalist expertise with proven capability in business partnership, employee relations, compensation benefits, LD, and project management; deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and regional cultural context.University degree in Business Administration, HR, OD, or Psychology; 8–10 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia; fluency in English and Arabic.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
