Job Description
Responsibilities (HR Operations Specialist)Manage and optimize daily HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow across all HR systems.Oversee the onboarding process from an operational perspective, including system setup, account activation, and ensuring a seamless first-day employee experience.Manage the offboarding process, including system deactivation, coordination of clearance procedures, and ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.Monitor and analyze attendance and time tracking data, generating reports and providing insights to improve employee compliance and attendance trends.Oversee operations related to government platforms such as Muqeem and Qiwa, including residency renewals, employee transfers, and data updates in compliance with regulations.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data within HR systems.Develop and enhance HR processes and workflows, focusing on automation and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, compliance), supporting management in data-driven decision-making.Enhance the employee experience from an operational standpoint by improving processes, response time, and service quality.Support recruitment operations by coordinating systems, workflows, and candidate processes without handling direct hiring decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of HR policies and alignment with organizational objectives.Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor regulations and best practices.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.SkillsStrong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.Proficiency in HR software and database management for maintaining accurate employee records.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Analytical thinking to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.Team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns and improve HR processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a related HR role.Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms such as Qiwa and Muqeem is preferred.Basic understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
