<div><h3>Responsibilities (HR Operations Specialist)</h3><ul><li>Manage and optimize daily HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow across all HR systems.</li><li>Oversee the<b>onboarding process</b>from an operational perspective, including system setup, account activation, and ensuring a seamless first-day employee experience.</li><li>Manage the<b>offboarding process</b>, including system deactivation, coordination of clearance procedures, and ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Monitor and analyze<b>attendance and time tracking data</b>, generating reports and providing insights to improve employee compliance and attendance trends.</li><li>Oversee operations related to government platforms such as<b>Muqeem</b>and<b>Qiwa</b>, including residency renewals, employee transfers, and data updates in compliance with regulations.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data within HR systems.</li><li>Develop and enhance HR processes and workflows, focusing on automation and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors.</li><li>Prepare and analyze<b>HR metrics and reports</b>(e.g., absenteeism, turnover, compliance), supporting management in data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Enhance the<b>employee experience</b>from an operational standpoint by improving processes, response time, and service quality.</li><li>Support recruitment operations by coordinating systems, workflows, and candidate processes without handling direct hiring decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of HR policies and alignment with organizational objectives.</li><li>Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor regulations and best practices.</li><li>Lead and support<b>continuous improvement initiatives</b>within HR operations.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and database management for maintaining accurate employee records.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Analytical thinking to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns and improve HR processes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of<b>1 year of experience</b>in HR Operations or a related HR role.</li><li>Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms such as<b>Qiwa</b>and<b>Muqeem</b>is preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
