As we scale internationally, Riyadh plays a strategic role as a hub supporting talent operations across MENA and APAC.This role is a key part of Cognition’s international People Operations function, supporting hiring and employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across MENA and APAC markets. Based in Riyadh, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience. We are initially hiring on contract with the chance to go permanent after 6 months.This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi national looking to build an international HR or talent career within a high growth technology company, with exposure far beyond a single market.Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Recruiting CoordinationCoordinate and schedule interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgencyServe as a primary point of contact for candidates across international marketsEnsure a consistent and high quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer stageTrack candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updatesSupport recruiters with interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination for international hiresInternational HR and People OperationsSupport onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working closely with local partners and international People Ops teamsAssist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle updates across regionsMaintain accurate employee data across HR systems for international populationsSupport compliance tracking in partnership with local advisors and internal stakeholdersHelp operationalise global people policies while respecting local market requirementsOperational Excellence and ScalePartner with the International People team to standardise and improve global recruiting and HR workflowsSupport reporting on international hiring activity, time to hire, and operational metricsIdentify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable, repeatable solutionsAssist with cross regional people initiatives as Cognition expands globallyRequirementsSaudi national (required)Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people supportExperience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirableStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailComfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ArabicProfessional, discreet, and confident working with confidential informationAdaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environmentWhy Join CognitionInternational exposure across MENA and APAC marketsDirect partnership with global People and Talent leadershipOpportunity to build a long term international HR career from RiyadhInvolvement in scaling a world class AI company globallyStrong scope for role expansion as international operations grow#J-18808-Ljbffr
