Job Description
<div><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee records, coordinating HR processes, and managing government platforms such as Qiwa. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with data.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and update employee records and HR databases</li><li>Handle HR operations processes (contracts, attendance, etc.)</li><li>Work on government platforms (e.g., Qiwa) and ensure compliance</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports using Excel</li><li>Support payroll and other HR administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or similar role</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data handling</li><li>Experience working with government platforms (e.g., Qiwa)</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
