HR Operations Manager — UAE Compliance & Payroll

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance core HR operational functions within a leading real estate organization in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are consistently implemented and compliant with UAE labour laws• Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and HR systems management• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency• Partner with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and HR service delivery• Manage HR data, reporting, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and transparency• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal governance standardsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices• Experience working with HRIS systems and HR process optimization• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
