We Are Hiring: HR Operations Manager | Riyadh, KSAA leading organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee large-scale HR functions and ensure smooth HR service delivery for a workforce of over 10,000 employees.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role handling large operationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and HR complianceExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsProven ability to manage high-volume HR operations for 10,000+ employeesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HR operations and service processes across the organizationSupervise teams handling Payroll, C&B, Recruitment, HR Ops, and Employee RelationsEnsure smooth onboarding and offboarding processesSupport and guide line managers on HR policies and employee mattersCoordinate with Finance and other departments for accurate HR and payroll dataMonitor HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and workforce distributionEnsure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policiesLead employee engagement and retention initiativesReview and approve HR reports for senior managementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service deliveryHandle government platform transactions including Exit Visa, Escape Report, and Iqama Renewal through Muqeem#J-18808-Ljbffr
