<div><h3><b>We Are Hiring: HR Operations Manager | Riyadh, KSA</b></h3><p>A leading organization in<b>Riyadh</b>is seeking an experienced<b>HR Operations Manager</b>to oversee large-scale HR functions and ensure smooth HR service delivery for a workforce of over<b>10,000 employees</b>.</p><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><p>Minimum<b>10 years of experience</b>, including<b>3+ years</b>in a managerial role handling large operations</p><p>Bachelors degree in<b>HR, Business Administration</b>, or related field</p><p>Strong knowledge of<b>Saudi Labor Law</b>,<b>Qiwa</b>,<b>GOSI</b>,<b>Muqeem</b>, and HR compliance</p><p>Experience with ERP systems (<b>SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics</b>)</p><p>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills</p><p>Proven ability to manage high-volume HR operations for<b>10,000+ employees</b></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p>Lead and manage all HR operations and service processes across the organization</p><p>Supervise teams handling<b>Payroll, C&B, Recruitment, HR Ops, and Employee Relations</b></p><p>Ensure smooth<b>onboarding and offboarding</b>processes</p><p>Support and guide line managers on HR policies and employee matters</p><p>Coordinate with Finance and other departments for accurate HR and payroll data</p><p>Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and workforce distribution</p><p>Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies</p><p>Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives</p><p>Review and approve HR reports for senior management</p><p>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery</p><p>Handle government platform transactions including<b>Exit Visa</b>,<b>Escape Report</b>, and<b>Iqama Renewal</b>through<b>Muqeem</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
