Your role will be based in Gurgaon and will involve providing hands-on admin and operational support to Global HR operations teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting managing cross country HR ticket assignments and resolution - Championing HR work across multiple teams and regions for HR related administrative activities - Advising on global human resources policies and procedures as the first level of escalation - Managing human resource transactions to ensure accurate organizational hierarchy and employee data management - Providing support to HR advisors on special projects and initiatives - Collecting, analyzing, and reporting human resources data to HRBPs and leaders - Maintaining working knowledge on internal statutory compliance and local regulations - Being the main point of contact for labor laws and legal compliances - Maintaining and closing all labor department filings and ensuring compliance with required completions - Addressing and providing solutions for Provident Fund related queries - Maintaining statutory files and personnel records - Providing administrative assistance to the HR team To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or similar degree in HR or Business Administration - The ability to work independently and within a wider team - Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite - Analytical and problem-solving skills - The ability to maintain confidentiality, strong ethics, and reliability - The ability to follow processes and adhere to global controls - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About Rio Tinto: Rio Tinto has been a company of pioneers for nearly 150 years, producing materials essential to human progress.
