Job Description

<div><p>The Human Resources&Governance Officer supports the Company’s people governance framework, ensuring effective recruitment administration, staff records, training, and fit and proper documentation in line with VARA regulatory expectations.</p><p>The role ensures accurate HR record keeping, clear role definitions, controlled onboarding and off-boarding processes, and proper tracking of training, attestations, and staff governance requirements.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support recruitment and onboarding administration, including documentation, references, and pre-employment checks</li><li>Maintain accurate staff records, including employment files, training records, and declarations</li><li>Coordinate fit and proper documentation (CVs, references, background checks, qualifications)</li><li>Maintain job descriptions, organisational charts, and reporting lines to support role clarity and segregation of duties</li><li>Track mandatory training and staff attestations (e.g. compliance, AML/CFT, conduct, information security)</li><li>Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including access updates and documentation</li><li>Support staff conduct declarations, conflicts of interest, and policy attestations</li><li>Maintain HR governance trackers and support reporting for management and Board updates</li><li>Support employee relations matters, including recordkeeping for grievances and disciplinary actions</li><li>Maintain records for compensation approvals and HR governance processes</li><li>Support audits, regulatory inspections, and licence reviews with accurate HR documentation</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field</li><li>Professional HR or governance qualification preferred</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR operations, governance administration, or employee records management</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
