<div><p>Job code: EX-BB78D834</p><p>Job type: Full-time</p><p>Location: Riyadh Region</p><p>About the company: ELECTRA</p><h3>Talent Acquisition&Onboarding</h3><ul><li>Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and conduct HR induction for new joiners.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and HR documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</li></ul><h3>Government&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Manage platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.</li><li>Handle employee registrations, transfers, contract documentation, and end-of-service processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.</li><li>Support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and reporting.</li></ul><h3>HR Operations</h3><ul><li>Handle employee inquiries related to policies, contracts, and HR procedures.</li><li>Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives.</li><li>Assist with audits, inspections, and internal HR reporting.</li></ul><h3>Payroll&Benefits Support</h3><ul><li>Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances).</li><li>Support GOSI registration and monthly contributions.</li><li>Assist with leave management, EOSB calculations, and benefits administration.</li></ul><h3>Employee Relations&Engagement</h3><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, policy clarifications, and general HR support.</li><li>Support managers in handling performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.</li><li>Support with CSR activities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
