From deploying 1,700 staff for the historic Pope Francis visit to supporting 25,000+ regional and international events, we are known for our agility, reliability, and people-first approach.As a leading event staffing agency, we provide highly trained, multilingual professionals across:Event Staffing & HospitalityBar ManagementEvent Specialists for short- and long-term engagementsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and takes sole ownership of day-to-day HR operations.This role is ideal for someone who is practical, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a lean HR setup. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensure UAE compliance, oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and play a key role in building a positive and professional workplace culture. You will act as a trusted link between employees and management, ensuring HR practices support both business needs and employee wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exitOversee recruitment activities in collaboration with the recruitment teamHandle payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and leave administrationEnsure full compliance with UAE labour laws and MOHRE requirementsPrepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and recordsManage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary proceduresDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and proceduresSupport performance management and employee development initiativesCoordinate training and development programs where requiredPrepare HR reports, metrics, and basic analytics for managementManage the HR budget and control HR-related costsPromote a positive, collaborative, and professional work cultureWhat We ExpectMinimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HR Manager or similar roleHands-on experience managing core HR functions independentlyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR complianceComfortable handling payroll, benefits, documentation, and HR operations directlyAbility to multitask and perform well in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR systems, HRIS, and data handlingExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience in the Events, Hospitality, or project-based industry is preferredProfessional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is desirableMust be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAEWhat We OfferAt Vibes Events, you’ll work with an international team delivering some of the most prestigious regional and global events.
